This was still sealed. I have read that the plastic on most or all of these are wrapped too tight causing some warpage. This one seemed suspicious so we opened it and it is slightly warped. Play tested the 1st track on both sides, which would be the most affected, and it plays great with no issues.
The shrink is still on the cover.
Ships well protected.
