Hard-to-find LP from Sensations' Fix titled "Fragments Of Light" released by Polydor (2448 023 L) in 1974. Italian pressing. One of my favorites! Italian progressive rock trio led by guitarist Franco Falsini who also played analog synthesizers. This 11-track album is nothing like the other progressive acts from Italy; Banco, Le Orme, PFM, etc... None of that dramatic classical/symphonic sound at all. This is top shelf space-rock closer in sound to the kosmiche music coming from Germany. Melodically pleasing, spaced-out bliss. Franco's sweet fuzzy guitar solos over beds of analog synths supposedly recorded in a basic home studio which only adds to the warm and cozy overall sound. This is ESSENTIAL LISTENING!! Original soft cardboard, textured cover.

Labels are in EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT condition. Vinyl record is in VG condition with a few light surface marks and light playwear. Plays with some noticeable background crackle and occasional "clicks" and "pops" but not overbearing at all...still very enjoyable. Cover is in VG- condition with wear at corners, edgewear, sticker peel at top right that was colored in with black marker, has a seam-split at center of spine and a near seam-split at center of top edge.
