MFSL 1-527 - Grofe, Grand Canyon Suite, Bernstein, Overture to “Candide”, Odalisque, Prelude and Fugue in Jazz, Arthur Fiedler, Boston Pops Orchestra, (1965) – This original master audiophile recording was pressed with the meticulous care that made Mobile Fidelity famous. The vinyl on this copy is essentially perfect – I purchased it myself in the early 80’s and have only played it only twice since then. The surfaces are clean, glossy, and exceptionally quiet with NO pops, clicks, tics, or skips - it is very quiet, with NO marks at all. The vinyl looks and plays mint (M). The labels also look new. The jacket shows very minor shelf wear (see photos), but is still very nice – I will grade it EX. In summary, this is a near mint copy of this famous audiophile recording.
