Description
The original banned and withdrawn psychedelic 'Joint' American Beauty album promo poster featuring the Grateful Dead from 1970. Withdrawn by the record company when they noticed that Garcia was holding a joint in the poster photographs. Classic artwork produced by Mouse/Kelley Studios with photo by Herbie Greene. The poster is printed on thin glossy paper. Size is 24”x 30” (76 cm x 61 cm). Never displayed and in very good condition with only slight wear to edges and folds from original record company mailing but no fading. Almost 50 years since first published and now extremely rare.
