This fine copy of their 2nd album is a UK 1st pressing from October 1969 release on the textured pink/white Island label: ILPS-9104

Matrix numbers: ILPS 9104 A & ILPS 9104 B

The 'Bell Sound' stamp and 'SF' initials are also present in both run-outs

Vinyl weight: 159g

Housed within an unlaminated, 'E.J.Day' printed gatefold cover, complete with original poly-lined inner-sleeve

A pristine pair with just a single mark around the side 2 label, most likely from stacking in the factory.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Immaculate 'factory-fresh' playing surfaces which are 'as new' and unmarked in strong daylight. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than some harmless faint inner-sleeve storage marks and a sparkling rainbow shine.

Sound Quality: NEAR MINT

This barely, if ever played copy is unworn with just a trace of light vinyl background between tracks and during a few quieter passages. There are no clicks, pops or any other noticeable audible distractions on this keeper copy.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A respectable example of this easily worn cover with just light shelfwear to the lower edges & a touch of storagewear to the front

The inside of the gatefold is immaculate and the rear panel is clean & unblemished. There is a little wear to the rear opening edge from storage but all seams and the spine are fully intact and undamaged

Both seams are smooth & unstressed & the spine is unworn & fully worded

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
