FOLKLORDS "Release the Sunshine" original Canadian 1969 Folk Psych LP on Allied
Folklords -Release the Sunshine- Allied 11- 1969
Stunning Copy! Sleeve has only very minor shelf wear, nice corners, no tears or water stains. I've taken pics of all 4 corners and the spine. I'd grade this VG+, but see photos for yourself.
I've never graded a record as mint no matter how nice, I'm close with this one though. Definitely VG+ and nothing less.
Allied records, home to other Canadian psych legends like Reign Ghost and Plastic Cloud. This record is on the Hans Pokora list.

As their name suggests a folk-rock outfit who came from Toronto, Ontario.
Its smooth harmonies will attract folk-rock fans but the album is probably
not varied enough to attract a wider audience. The songs are characterised
by Johnson's autoharp and the often Donovan-like male vocals. It is quite
sought-after by collectors. Jennifer Lee and Suzanne Marie have most immediate
appeal and typified their style but Windows has a nice guitar intro.
