Description
Columbia 1608, Stanley Kirkby "It's a Long Way to Tipperary" b/w Columbia Band "Old Comrades March". Labels have small sticker a-side, bigger sticker b-side. VG/VG+ record plays through decent, music is much louder than noise, couple pops near the beginning.
See my 600 other auctions for 78s. Many different genres, many 100+ years old, some rarities. All starting at 3 dollars. I tried to keep this one interesting, keep things on the clean side. All records carefully, painstakingly cleaned on VPI record cleaning machine.
It will take me a few days to list all of these (check back). I will send out invoices after the last of these listings end. If you want an invoice before this, please ask for it.
I don't end auctions early, I do combine shipping. Shipping is of course, a little more with 78s as they are heavy and fragile, requiring more packing material. The science of 78s shipping clearly shows the best method is a small well padded 10 x 10 box inside a bigger (14'' x 14'' x 6'') box filled with wadded up newspaper, able to withstand USPS' best tacklers, fumblers and punters. I suggest purchasing insurance for the pricier shipments. Since I do this by myself, it may take a couple days to get these all shipped. Please be patient, I will get them all out as soon as I can. If I have the proper company sleeve I will include it. If not I'll include a different sleeve or a generic sleeve.
Grading: NM, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- and in-betweenies. Records visually graded unless stated otherwise. I tried to get clear pictures of the whole record so...please look carefully and grade for yourself.
