About the album

This auction is for Eric Clapton's "Reptile" double vinyl LP from 2001 on Reprise Records, album# 9362-47966-1. It is a 170 gram German 1st edition pressing. It is long out of print and quite rare. Vinyl LPs and album labels are all in M-/ NM condition and all are pristine. Gatefold album cover is also M-/NM and has a ever so slight 1" split in the top of the rear gatefold cover (see photo). Other than that the cover is flawless. I am the original owner, and record #1 has been PLAYED ONCE and record #2 is UNPLAYED.

About the collection

This record is from my personal collection of high-quality vinyl which I have been collecting for nearly 50 years.  Many of the records were acquired during my years as a talent agent in the 1970's. It is being sold because I am retiring and moving to a smaller home.

The collection has been meticulously maintained, stored on custom shelving in a specially designed listening room with optimal temperature and humidity. It has been played only on high-end audio equipment that does not cause damage or wear to the vinyl (Benz phono cartridges, VPI Scoutmaster turntable). 

I adhere strictly to Goldmine grading standards and will gladly address any questions about the album.

Your album will be shipped in packaging specifically designed by Bags Unlimited to protect vinyl records .

Media Mail shipping within the US is $4.00 (economy shipping). 

I will combine shipping for $1.50 per additional album.

International shipping is available. Please contact me for quote.

Paypal or personal check. Payment via Paypal is expected within 48 hours after close of auction. Personal checks need to be received by me no later than 7 days after close of auction. For payment via personal check, album will NOT ship until your check has cleared my bank account.

For legitimate reasons only, such as album not meeting quality levels described in listing. Buyer pays return shipping.
