Description

An original 1966 pressing of "All the Time in the World" and "Leave My House" by The Modds, a garage rock band from Poplar Bluff, MO.
Considered one of the rarest of all Garage Band records of the 1960's with only 500 copies in the original pressing.
This 45rpm record is in virtually mint condition with no scratches or scuffs to the vinyl and only the faintest of wear to the label.
I knew the band personally as a teenager and can vouch that this copy of the record was found locally.
It was issued in a plain white paper sleeve (this sleeve is included, but the record will arrive in a new white acid-free paper sleeve).
This copy was a gift as the purchaser wrote on the original sleeve, "This group is from P.B. (Poplar Bluff) & to be 13 & 14 they're pretty good".
The music is greatly overdriven which, evidently, is part of the attraction to collectors.
Released by American National Records (catalog numbers 3041 A&B) with one side produced by Jerry McDaniel and the other side by Bill Harper (two local DJ's at that time).

The rarity of this record cannot be overstressed as the renowned "Discogs" music selling platform has no history of sales for the release.
Years ago a company in Portugal issued a re-release but the label shows some discrepancies from the original as does the trail-out numbering.
Remember, original 1966 pressings of this record virtually never come up for sale and certainly not in the choice condition of this offering.
This would be the crown jewel of most Garage Band collections.
