Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1957 release of Jailhouse Rock / Treat Me Nice released in the USA.
The record itself (47-7035 )is in VERY GOOD+ condition .
The labels have NO WRITING, however have some damage on the Treat Me Nice side. (see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $65 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is EXCELLENT- ) for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is 60 years old and is in great condition for the age(see photos)
There are NO SPLITS, RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!!(see photos)
THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST CONDITIONED SLEEVE OF THIS RELEASE I HAVE EVER SOLD ON EBAY IN THE LAST 13 YEARS!!!!
This is a great affordable collection filler until that MINT $130 record and sleeve comes along!
Overall this was valued at about $75(£53) back in 2012 , so i would guess this would have to be at least £55.
I will start this at under A HALF OF THAT!!!
This, as with ALL of my picture sleeve releases comes housed in a separate paper sleeve containing the record and a protective poly sleeve to help try and prevent ny further future wear!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
