Elvis Presley ~ Elvis' Golden Records LPM-1707 RCA 1958 Early 1st Press-light blue letters, no song titles on front, no RE on back 1S/2S Indianapolis pressing strong VG/VG+

While Elvis was being inducted in the army in March of 1958, RCA scrambled to piece together a viable release for his fans. Collecting his most recent singles, RCA satisfied their cravings with what is considered to be the 1st rock n' roll greatest hits album, "Elvis Golden Records." In this example we have a mega rare, early original Long Play Mono with just a plethora of hairlines that plays out splendidly with some sporadic crackle to grade at a strong VG to VG+. Likewise, the jacket displays vivid colors and a solid spine, but slight edge wear and flaking on the top seam/spine, and some creases to grade at a strong VG.
