Here´s an original copy of D.R. HOOKER - The Truth,  released 1972 in the US as a private press on ON Records XPL 1029. Don't have to tell you something about this album. Major league when talking about psychedelic music. Nice and highly enjoyable copy here. It comes with the gatefold insert which is in great shape but suffers from some large brown discolourations/stains. 

Condition cover: vg+, the thick fragile cardboard sleeve is generally a bit dirty and discoloured, you can repair the most of this faults if you want so. No seamsplits. tears or writings (dedication by D.R.?????? right bottom back).

Condition record: vg++, a few light visual hairlines and paperscuffs, plays fantastic almost m- with lightest background noises in some quiet parts.

I should mention that my gradings are visualy AND audible taken on a Wilson Benesch Act Two turntable combined with Sumiko Blue Point Special cartridge and this combination doesn't lie...I'm just a collector and don't like overgraded records so much...
