OK...here's one of the most sought after psych MONSTER LP's...This is an R5 scale in Fuzz, Acid, And Flowers so you know it's more than a little rare! It also appears to have a hand-written message on the back from DR himself (though I haven't any way to verify it but it looks like it has the initials DH or DR; take a look at the picture...and who else would have given this as a gift in 1978!)...Anyway, this is a great and rare lp...beautiful songs with nice harmonies and heartfelt lyrics and wonderful psych effects and fuzzy guitars and organs...MMMMMMMM! It's (as you probably know) on the On Records label from 1972...Cover has some light ring wear and discoloration and some edge wear but is still intact...certainly a strong VG+ at least...Vinyl has one scuff on "Weather Girl" and a couple of light marks that make some light ticks through the first minute of that track..."This Thing" has several ticks...side 2 has nary a mark to speak of...overall the record is definitely a STRONG VG+ at least...there's a little surface noise in some quiet passages and some occasional non-distracting ticks (this IS a private pressing!) but most of the record plays pretty close to EX; I really doubt there are many better copies of this floating around for the taking...if you're not completely satisfied with the condition I'll refund your money because I know you WILL be satisfied. Oh...the lyric insert is fully intact (no rips or tears though it has a few splotches...) Insurance is optional though probably a good idea...Sorry about putting a reserve but I think it's pretty reasonable ! I use made-to-order mailers to protect the records and prevent corner wear to the covers...shipping is $5.50 for priority or $3.00 for media mail within the US; world shipping we'll figure out.
