Here we offer a record that RARELY shows up anymore...an ORIGINAL, FIRST PRESSING G+++ to VG-/VG+ to VG++ U.S. On Records XPL-1029 LP "The Truth", by D.R. Hooker, issued in 1972. PLEASE INSPECT THE PHOTOS as they are part of the description! The COVER: Graded a respectable G+++ to VG- mainly due to bottom and top seam & corner wear, with a 3.5 inch seamsplit upper right at opening side & heavy seam wear at upper left (again, see photos). There is a 5 inch seamsplit bottom right at opening side, a couple of seam "chips" (very small pieces missing bottom center) and about a little more than an inch of wear bottom left seam into corner. The spine side is very sound, with just a couple of small indentations. OTHER THAN this, and despite this, a very respectable WHITE cover with mostly light signs of cosmetic wear (ringwear, couple of tiny to very small stains, etc.) & a bit of age darkening mostly at spine side. We are VERY fussy graders, and we should probably stick with VG-, but there you go! BACK COVER signed by D.R. Hooker! The VINYL: Is a very nice VG+ to VG++, but graded down mainly due to ONE TINY "dig" type scratch near the end of Track 3, Side 2, which results in a not overly audible/obtrusive tick for 3 or 4 revolutions! ANY OTHER marks/signs of use are quite slight & very superficial, and we'd probably grade this closer to EX if not for the one tiny/very small scratch noted above! Some superficial paper innersleeve marks/rubs, occasional very slight signs of use, nice original gloss & lustre, and clean labels. A nicely maintained original LP for sure, and spindle hole area quite clean! INSERT: Clean, crisp and sharp, with just a slight bit of age darkening! Overall, a VERY respectable ORIGINAL issue, SCARCE psych LP that seldom turns up...please don't let our detailed description of the cover scare you off...we just prefer to be honest & accurate! All domestic LP parcels are shipped in NEW rigid cardboard LP mailers with a proper cardboard stiffener for added protection. For 1 LP:

1. Media Mail (USPS slower service & buyer's agreed risk for loss, damage & theft...USPS 6-18 day delivery...please note) w/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION = $4.00 1st LP 

COMBINED SHIPPING: Add .95 for each additional LP to the Media Mail base rate of $4.00!

2. PRIORITY MAIL (faster 2-4 day delivery) w/delivery confirmation $7.75 ALL ZONES (recommended highly for LPs valued over $18.00 - safer handling- or if you desire your record to be delivered quickly!)

II. INTERNATIONAL:

1. REGISTERED 1st Class International AIR w/RETURN RECEIPT(usually 7-15 days average for Europe delivery...see description ABOVE) = $25.50

2. REGISTERED 1st Class International AIR w/RETURN RECEIPT(to Canada...see description ABOVE) = $19.50

**IMPORTANT NOTE for NON-U.S. BIDDERS**: Any 12" or LP selling for $28.99 or more MUST be shipped OVERSEAS with REGISTERED 1st Class International AIR (signed for & trackable) which is $24.50 U.S. OR $25.50 U.S. with RETURN RECEIPT!
