The music: A very pleasing rendition of Baby Won’t You Please Come Home at a nice loping tempo, with agreeable solos and strong vocal, good punchy ride-out. Papa De Da Da is an exciting, driving account of this hot number.
Scarcity: The late John R T Davies once described this disc to me as “essentially a non-existent record”. A hyperbole, perhaps, but it is certainly rare.
Condition EE+. It shows no wear, but has odd tiny handling marks that do not affect play. A very desirable copy.
