1969 UK **STEREO** PRESSING LP
**NO 'SOLD IN UK..' TEXT**
**NEAR MINT**
This was the final version of the iconic yellow and black Parlophone label to be produced before being repleaced by the 'One EMI Box' label in late 1969.
This version is indentified by the omission of the 'Sold in UK.' label text which was removed from all EMI product in June 1969.
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Gramophone Co Ltd...' rims.
There is no tax/price code is visible on either label.
Housed in a front laminated, 'tri-flipback' Garrod & Lofthouse cover with the 'small' stereo logo.
Complete with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 110-2 & YEX 111-2
Stamper numbers: 4/MM & 2/OD

This example displays an bright, unyellowed front image and a high-gloss laminate bearing a few light spine wrinkles and one 'thumbnail'.
The corners and and opening edges are all clean, sharp and unworn.
The rear panel is pristine clean and white with no age-discolouration, marks or writing.
All flipbacks are perfect and the spine and seams are all strong, unsplit and unstressed.
