His DEBUT LP ON COLUMBIA RECORDS from 1962, CS 8579.

This is the original, incredibly rare six-eye label stereo edition, with stamper numbers 1B/1A. Beautiful, collectible copy!

Jacket is stunning, EX condition, still in the original shrink wrap, sturdy and very clean with no splits or markings, some softening on the corners. Shrink wrap is worn around the edges but still mostly intact.

Vinyl is in EX- condition, very clean and glossy with some faint paper scuffs, no notable damage or scratches otherwise. The vinyl was a little dusty when I found it, so I gave it a light cleaning and played it once through. There is some light crackle (nothing major) audible in the quieter moments and between tracks, which is probably mostly due to dust in the grooves. I'm sure a better cleaning and a few more plays will clear it up.

Audio: Plays all the way through with deep, clear TRUE STEREO sound - Dylan's voice in the left channel and his guitar mostly in the right.  NOT fake or rechanneled stereo, this is the real deal. Sonics are overall noticeably deeper and more true than on later pressings I've heard, and this copy does NOT have the audio distortion on side 2 that is common with the later 2-eye pressings. Really nice copy here, don't miss this one!

Labels are EX, very lightly played.

$3.50 for USPS Media Mail shipping with delivery confirmation within the USA, $6 USPS First Class to Canada, $15 flat fee for USPS First Class Air Mail International. Will be packed securely in an LP mailer, with extra cardboard inserts for reinforcement, and the vinyl removed from the jacket to prevent seam splits in transit, with both placed in plastic sleeves. Glad to add insurance and/or tracking if requested.
