Description

The product is a sealed 4x LP box set of Bach's St. Matthew Passion, performed by artists such as Nicolai Gedda, Julia Hamari, and Franz Crass, with conductor Wolfgang Gonnenwein. Released in 1962 by Angel Records, this high-fidelity stereo recording features the South German Madrigal Choir and is in mint condition. The box set comes in a cardboard sleeve (pinhole at the upper right and breaks on the wrapper as shown) and is a valuable addition to any classical music collection, with a colorful multicolor design and original catalog number SD 3735.
