Extremely rare MONO 'CONCERT BANNER' version of the classic VJ LP: SONGS, PICTURES, STORIES OF THE FABULOUS BEATLES!

This MONO version includes the following concert banner:

SOUVENIR OF THEIR APPEARANCE AT PUBLIC AUDITORIUM, CLEVELAND, SEPT. 15, 1964.

According to Beatles Author Bruce Spizer, this is supposed to be one of the most difficult to find CONCERT BANNER lps out there!

Furthermore, what makes this LP even more rare, is the fact that it contains '45-sized' mono labels! If you don't know what that means, please consult PERRY COXS excellent book on Beatles VJ records!

I purchased this LP from Beatles Author PERRY Cox about ten years ago. We were e-mail pen pals back then (I suppose that term has really dated me...lol)

In my almost 40 years of collecting Beatles records, this is the ONLY CLEVELAND PUBLIC AUDITORIUM concert banner LP I have come across, here on EBay!!!
