With A Flip Back Style Thin Inner Sleeve That Has Japanese Linernotes and A Foldout Lyrics Sheet.
An Oval Japanese Title/Info Sticker and A Small Square Shape English Title Tag are on Cloth Outer Like The Photo 2.This Is Promo Label Copy, So The Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is EX Minus, Flip Back Style Thin Inner Sleeve and Lyrics Sheet are VG Plus (No Bottom Split, But It Has Small Light Brown Dot Spots Overall,Please Check The Photos), Cloth Outer is EX Condition.
