Original copy of this top tier NYHC release, complete with unmarked insert (most had the t-shirt info X'd out in marker).
Unfortunately this copy has seen better days, the vinyl has a lot of surface scuffs on both sides and the A-side label is torn, B-side label has some tape marks but is not torn. Vinyl plays through with surface noise (no skips), but if you crank the volume it doesn't matter.
Cover is in pretty rough shape, but is intact. All three seams are split but the cover is still in one piece. There's a chunk missing from the bottom right corner (see 3rd pic), and tears along the opening.
Original insert is in nice shape.

• NM (near mint) is my highest grade for a record in beautiful shape.
• EX (excellent) means there is very little to no wear — a small, inaudible surface mark on the vinyl or a small bend on the sleeve
• VG+ (very good plus) means the sleeve has minor wear — creased and/or shows a slight ring impression, and the disc shows cosmetic signs of handling
• VG (very good) means the sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has multiple small scratches
• VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy
• G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips
