- $27 SNAP ON FACE - Heterodyne state hospital (US heterodyne 77) cover VG+ to EX / record EX
- Lo-fi bent weird Zappa-esq psych. Housed in gatefold cover with insert. Blue wax as issued. Cover has light storage wear with small split on the bottom right corner. Record is clean with some mild paper scuffs. Small red marked on the label of side two.
