Although we are selling this collection as is, no return, the most important thing to us is the customer is happy with their purchase and would buy from us again. So please drop us a line if you are not happy for any reason. You will find us honest, fair, and easy to deal with.
SHIPPING: As stated above, Media Mail shipping, insurance and handling charges will be included in the Buy It Now price provided that option is used, the buyer pays immediately with PayPal and they reside in the US. FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE US: The package will weigh approximately 7 pounds packed. Please visit usps.com for a shipping quote to your country. Please note -- if you choose Airmail Letter Post as the shipping method, USPS does not offer any insurance coverage, and we cannot be held responsible for lost and/or damaged items. If you want insurance, the correct method is Airmail or Economy Mail Parcel Post. We pride ourselves in packing with great care; the way we want to receive items we purchase on eBay.
PAYMENT METHODS: FOR THOSE IN THE US: We gladly accept PayPal for all credit card, funds transfers, or e-checks. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. You may also use BidPay for Western Union Money Orders. FOR THOSE OUTSIDE THE US: We can accept PayPal or US dollars at your own risk. PLEASE, NO EXCEPTIONS! Anything other than these forms of payment will be returned to the buyer and we will make a secondary offer of the item to the next high bidder or relist. We do expect payment within five (5) days of the auction's end.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN SHIPMENT As stated above, we pride ourselves on our packaging and the majority of our customers always leave that as part of their feedback comments. We adhere to USPS standard packaging guidelines and more. If you receive your item damaged, please notify us immediately. Do not return the damaged item back to us. We will email you the original sales receipt and any other paperwork. Take the package back to your local post office with the outer shipping box and all packaging materials. Failure to do this can cause a denial of the claim. We assign all benefits to the buyer -- we have USPS send the insurance claims check directly to our buyers. The buyer must agree to wait on their refund from the shipping company. The same procedure applies if the item is being returned and is damaged in transit. The buyer must agree to wait on the insurance proceeds check from the carrier. If the carrier determines in writing that we did not sufficiently package the item, we will ask the buyer to return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund including the PREPAID shipping charges. In the case of a return, if the carrier determines in writing that the customer did not adequately package the item to prevent shipping damage, the item will be returned to the buyer and they will have to deal with the carrier.
