JOE MEEK? Put A Ring On My Finger
*** UNIQUE ACETATE! ***
UK double-sided 78rpm 10", circa 1958 We believe this to be Joe Meek's own copy of an unreleased RGM demo - it's certainly his handwriting! 
One side, written by Meek, was issued by Eddie Silver as 'Put A Ring On Her Finger' on Parlophone in June 1958 and Les Paul & Mary Ford (who are mentioned on the label) the following month. 
The other side, 'If You Pass Me By' was recorded by Joy & Dave, which explains the note on the label: "Dear Joy...". Presumably, this was their copy of the demo?
Condition: GOOD (lots of feint marks and light scratches. Sadly, we're unable to play 78s so can only grade visually!)
