Description

For your consideration I have listed two Yusef Lateef lps. Eastern Sounds, and The Sounds Of Yusef Lateef. Both lps are great examples of Lateefs early leanings towards integrating eastern music into the pallet of jazz. Eastern Sounds vinyl is visual VG and plays closer to VG+, it has hairlines and scuffs. It plays through fine with crackle which doesn’t overpower the music. Perhaps a run on a VPI or Ultrasonic could quiet it down even more. The cover is fairly solid, the seams are split in places but not blown out. The Sounds Of Yusef vinyl is a visual VG+ and Plays VG+. Plays pretty quiet with occasional crackle. Some hairlines and sleeve scuffs however they aren’t too bad. Both have been recently pulled from my shelves lately as I scored some minty Fontana UK copies. I ship fast and safe, email me for any questions you may have. For reference I use a Thorens td125 and Shure V15 type 3.
