very rare Dead Kennedys ' Too drunk to....'   with BADGE & insert.  Copies of the single with the insert can be found fairly easily in ok condition but i've not seen one for sale with the badge.  These were issued with the first pressing of the single & available only via UK Cartel record shops. From what I can remember there were only 100 issued to key independent shops - each of whom got 5 copies.

vinyl is in decent condition for a played copy. includes insert / lyric sheet. grading would be VGC or VGC+ i'd say - but really the single is the bonus as its the badge that's really rare.
