Description

This rare 78 RPM record from Action Productions “Hardin’s Bread Boogie” was a promotional record recorded by Sam Phillips at Memphis Recording Service! The record is in beautiful E+ condition and the label is bright and clean. The A-side is a great Rockabilly jam with killer guitar breaks. A very hard record to find and very desirable amongst rockabilly fans. Add this record to your collection and have something really special that most collectors do not have. It is perfect for those who appreciate the unique Memphis sound Sam Phillips produced. The record label alone adds historical value to this piece. It's a great addition to any music collection and perfect for those who want what others might not even know about. Don't miss out on the chance to own this rare piece of music history.

If you use Popsike etc for reference make sure you read the listings fully, zoom in on the record for visual condition (if you can even see it) and view the history. The latest one that sold does not set the bar. There is a night and day difference between VG- and M-!!

My grade scale-

M-   MINT MINUS - Highest grade used. Appears unplayed. Full luster. Slight signs of handling

E+   EXCELLENT PLUS - Full luster remains. Very few careful plays. Slightest indications of use or handling.

E    EXCELLENT - Almost full luster. Mild signs of play,  but no serious wear, scratches or scuffs.

E-  EXCELLENT MINUS - Some luster remains,  but record has some apparent wear, scuffs and / or scratches. Still a pretty nice 78, acceptable to most collectors.

V+  VERY GOOD PLUS - Record has considerable wear, scuff and / or scratches. Still plays pretty well but is clearly a used record. An AVERAGE USED 78 is in the V to V+ range.

V   VERY GOOD - Mostly or fully gray from use. Obvious surface noise but probably still plays pretty well. Scuffing and / or scratches more prominent.

V-  VERY GOOD MINUS - Further deterioration. Fully gray with deeper wear and heavy surface noise.
