FORMAT.    VINYL STEREO 12" LP IN PICTURE SLEEVE.

RECORD LABEL. ELEKTRA.
CAT. NO.    K42015 STEREO.
MATRIX NO`S.    SIDE 1 ----K-42015-A1 EKS-74013-A1. (This second number is opposite the other one and is slightly fainter).    SIDE 2----K-42015-B1 EKS-74013-B1. (This second number is opposite the other one and is slightly fainter).
RELEASE DATE.    FIRST RELEASED IN 1967 WITH THE RED ELEKTRA LABELS. THIS IS THE 1971 REISSUE WITH THE BUTTERFLY LABELS.
COVER GRADING.    VERY GOOD CONDITION---- the non laminated card cover has some edge creases and some corner creases (mainly to the two bottom corners) and some light corner wear and some ringwear front and back. All the words on the spine can easily be read. The record comes in the original paper inner sleeve which does have some writing on it. (please see pictures).
RECORD GRADING. EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION. ------the record retains it`s original shine but does have some light marks / scuffs (mostly on side 1) that do not affect play.
