From Bizarre Records (PRO 368) this is  ZAPPÉD, an original (first ) various artists collection from 1970; promo only, never commercially released.  

Jacket is about NEAR MINT+ with shrink-wrap still intact except at opening and no outstanding flaws or blemishes; no signs of aging, wear or abuse of any kind. Original inner sleeve is NEAR MINT MINUS. Comes with rare insert which is NEAR MINT.

The labels and playing surfaces are stunning. There are no spindle marks and the glossy wax shows no marks of any kind: solid, strong MINT!  

You're not likely to find a better example for the bucks.
