Description
Scarce vintage jazz LP featuring ZOOT SIMS on the PACIFIC JAZZ label, from 1961, in impeccable condition.
Title is “CHOICE.” Catalog number is PJ-20, monaural pressing. Pressed on medium thick vinyl, black label with silver print. Label has deep groove.
Guaranteed to be original and authentic. I do not sell boots or modern reissues.

These performances were recorded under the leadership of Gerry Mulligan during a San Diego, California concert in December, 1954. Personnel: Zoot Sims – tenor sax; Bob Brookmeyer – piano or valve trombone; Gerry Mulligan – piano or baritone sax; Jon Eardley – trumpet; Red Mitchell – bass; and Larry Bunker – drums.

Jacket: Jacket is beautiful NM- with no serious flaws. Front art work is clean and bright. Reverse is clean and white except for a very small amount of spotting in the bottom right corner. No writing, wear, splits, or stickers. Overall a gorgeous jacket you will be proud to display.
Vinyl: Condition of vinyl is beautiful NM with full brilliant original gloss. No serious marks or flaws. It shows no sign of ever having been on a turntable. The record plays beautifully with superb fidelity. I am confident the winning bidder will be extremely pleased.
