CONDITION
Disc
Labels: EXCELLENT +
Both are clean & bright with just a small collection of spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which retain 100% of their factory shine with no dulling or groove-whitening. Apart from two or three light surface lines on each side, the disc is unmarked & 'as new' in strong daylight. Even close examination beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp fails to reveals anything more than a few wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines & a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of the quality pressing lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This barely played disc retains all of its powerful raw energy and is totally free from any groove/playwear throughout. In fact, apart from 2 ticks in the band between tracks 1 & 2 on side 2, it is audibly flawless.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A very respectable example of this iconic cover which retains a impressive, unyellowed high-gloss front panel, free from any 'thumbnail' wrinkles or any other significant traces of wear. All corners & both opening edges are in fine shape with no bumps, bruising or tears anywhere. The exposed rear panel is clean overall with slight toning towards the edges but certainly no writing or missing paper anywhere. All flipbacks are fully intact & undamaged as are both of the seams.
The spine is clean, unworn & fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD +
Some light storage wrinkles but no writing tears or seam splits.
