*NEAR MINT* 1963 UK *MONO* PRESSING LP
On the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1206
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but have 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rims
The side 2 label bears the corrected 'Dominion.Belinda' publishing credit for the song 'Money'.
An 'MT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the side 1 label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the misspelt 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' on the rear track-listing.
Complete with its original white 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner-sleeve.

This disc is possibly one of the first few hundred copies pressed with this uncommon matrix.

An outstanding set with just two or three light spindle trails to each centre hole.
Visual: MINT
It's not often I use this grade visually, but both surfaces of this copy are immaculate and totally unmarked in strong daylight AND directly beneath my halogen desk lamp. There are no scratches, scuffs or even any wispy paper hairlines anywhere to be seen - this really does look 'as new'. I guarantee you wil not find a better looking copy. Its a very heavy disc which lies 100% flat on the turntable on both sides, with no signs or dishing or warping.
Play: NEAR MINT
This copy has only received two of three careful plays and as a result is free from any groovewear or any type of playwear. Apart from a hint of light background between the tracks on side 1 - which I believe were present from manufacture - this copy sounds as good as the day it was originally purchased in 1963.

NEAR MINT
Covers in this condition are rare. This superb example retains a perfect front panel laminate with no bends, creases or 'thumbnails' anywhere. All corners are clean and sharp and both opening edges appear untouched. The rear panel is clean and white with just some small foxing marks towards the opening edge but no signs of wear, writing or missing paper. All flipbacks & both seams are undamaged and the spine is clean, square and fully worded.
