See photos. I can find no signs of wear but I'm listing it as used just to be safe since I do not know the history of the item. I purchased it at auction, you can see though that even the box is marked "New". See photos. 
I even took photos of all sides of the inner sleeves. They are in excellent condition! I myself am a vinyl head and I honestly can't find any real wear on these. There is a little wear on the inner spine (see photos - outer spin looks completely perfect) — this sort of wear is COMPLETELY normal. I have gotten brand new LP's a million times that have this sort of basic wear. Vinyls carry quite a bit of weight and the fact that the ones that are mass produced are done so in the Czech Republic (these are no exception), they have a long way to travel. It is honestly my opinion that this is opened and that's it. It appears completely new to me! See photos and be your own judge.
