Description

On offer is an original 1972 stereo pressing of the triple album Will the Circle Be Unbroken by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band playing with Nashville stars including Mother Maybelle Carter, Earl Scruggs, Doc Watson, Roy Acuff, etc.  It's on the Universal Artists label UAS 9801.
The cover houses the three records and includes complete musician credits on a pull-out panel.  Includes the original three inner sleeves that have photos and reviews including one from Rolling Stone Magazine.
The records play great, sound great -- full and clear.  The vinyl has its original shine and gloss -- a few surface marks and maybe a total of three or four slight scratches or hairlines over the six sides.  The playback is mostly clean -- a few touches of light surface noise in a few places.  I grade it Excellent Minus, a half-step down from Excellent which is defined by Record Collector magazine -- "The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality."
The cover shows light wear but has no significant flaws -- no splits, writing, creasing or tears.  There is a stain on the lower left corner of the cover.  See photos.  The inner sleeves have some creasing, seam splits and small tears.  See photos.
Shipping charge includes insurance.
