Blue Note
“Juju”
WAYNE SHORTER
Original very early 1st Mono pressing of Wayne Shorter ‘Juju with McCoy Tyner, Reginald Workman and Elvin Jones. Very early 1st Mono Rudy Van Gelder's mastering pressing with the “Van Gelder” stamp and Plastylite Pressing Plant’s “P” (“EAR” symbol) etched in the trail-off vinyl on both sides. Original thick cardboard laminated front and matte with the “Blue Note 47 West 63rd St., New York 23” address on the back cover. The cover is still in its original shrink wrap, fully intact with original breathe holes. The shrink wrap only contains a one inch split at the bottom right corner along with a couple micro splits along the bottom edge. The cover is in great shape, only having some light staining along the right edge of the back cover and spine, which has a fully readable text. Thick, plate, heavy weight vinyl with a Rudy Van Gelder’s “Van Gelder” machine stamp, “EAR” symbol (Cursive "P" stamp identifying the Plastylite Pressing Plant, which was pressing all of the Blue Note albums until 1966) and very early first matrix numbers: SIDE 1: BNLP-4182-A Van Gelder stamp P (Ear) / SIDE 2: BNLP-4182-B Van Gelder stamp P (Ear) The vinyl has only a few some very light scuffs, most likely from the inner sleeve, retaining its beautiful gloss and luster. The labels are beautiful, very clean and wear free, only containing a couple of very faint spindle marks on Side, barely visible under a strong light source. The issue comes with the original “1939-1965 26 YEARS BLUE NOTE The First Name in Jazz” inner sleeve in Near Mint condition without any splits or tears.

Please pay attention that we DON'T ship to Russia and Germany. No exceptions. We'll immediately cancel the transaction if our policy conditions are violated. Sorry about that.
POLICY:
Realizing how important it is to secure the safety of the item you've paid your money for, I'll put my best effort into packing the records as best as possible, triple boxing them into the specialized professional boxes, with the two outer boxes having a special construction with extended cardboard on the edges to prevent the record covers' corners from getting damaged during the transit, and will also put the vinyl outside of the cover (of course, unless it's a sealed record) to prevent the splitting. I always try responding to the messages, but please, before sending me a message, make sure that the answer to your question isn't included in the description. I'll use my right to block a buyer, who doesn't correspond to my idea of politeness, culture and respect toward each other. If you want to participate in my auction, please be honest and positive, and I'll be mutual with you. I'll remove the bids of a buyer with zero rating, unless he contacts me prior to placing a bid. Unfortunately, I don't ship to Germany or Russia. I apologize to the buyers from these countries in advance.
