I have double checked the jacket and found that the lower left corner of the jacket is creased around the perimeter of the record. Therefore the jacket is not in EX+ condition, but rather in merely EX condition. Because of this imperfection, the jacket is NOT in collector's condition. Sorry for the confusion and rest assured that the vinyl itself is NM and will play great!
