As seen recently in another listing (Ebay item number 230277772235), this is a fantastically rare album and I find it shocking to have seen even one other ever listed on Ebay.
Since you probably know what you're looking at if you're viewing this item, I'll focus primarily on the condition.
I've owned the item since new in ~1993. The record has NEVER been played (sad to admit, I know, but true nonetheless). The record has been stored carefully within a slip inside of the album cover itself. Not surprisingly, the vinyl is in AMAZING, as-new shape. You won't be disappointed in any way.
The album cover itself is in good to very good condition. It's not in new condition. One of the corners has been rubbed and is very slightly frayed. I give it a "B" grade or 8.5 out of ten on that corner. The remaining three corners are in very good condition and show little to no wear. The only other non-perfection worth mentioning is a slight stress to the outside of the cardboard on the cover. Looking straight at it, you won't see it. Hold it at an angle in the light and you will see it. For this issue, I give it a "B" grade as well. Not perfect, not terrible. ((Admittedly, I'm being a harsh critic here -- I figure if I were buying an album of this rarity, I'd want to know about it before bidding.)

Again, this album is an awesome find. Aside from the other listing noted above, I've never personally seen or heard of anyone with another copy. There are another 700 or so out there, apparently, but don't miss out on this opportunity to pick up one for your very own collection.
