Condition:
Record: VG+,  has visible signs of use like a few paper-scuffs caused by vinyl discharge from pvc sleeve. No heavy marks / scratches or defects but used, not New, not NM.
Play-Graded: VG+,  record plays nice all the way through, without skips, bops or any other audible flaw. However, the typical picture disc surface noise will be present during playback and mostly audible on low passes.
Cover: VG,  plain transparent pvc sleeve as seam splits and will need replacement. Label's original sticker is on and can be easily transferred to a new pvc
