Packing & postage : The items will be packed in the condition as described, packed very carefully and strong … so that damage (unless a truck drives over it… ;) ), unwanted opening, etc… is normally out of the question (What happens during sending is responsibility of the post). Photographs will be taken of the packing process, labelling, the parcel before it’s sent to you as proof of quality strong and good packing .

The items are always sent registered (this means Secure delivery for valuable items) : so when the item is shipped you get a tracking code. (this allows you to track your parcel). You have to sign personally for it’s reception and stating the parcel arrived in good condition) . It also gives me as sender proof of mailing via a mailing receipt and, upon request electronic verification that a parcel was delivered without problems or that a delivery attempt was made ! So no talks about losses/damages in the post). When there’s something wrong with the parcel received (e.g. damaged) … and you don’t like/trust it …. just don’t accept it and tell the mailman : “Return Back to sender – sender pays costs”.
