Hello
This from a lot of records we just purchased from the original owner. All the vinyl in this group are in great shape.They range from VG+ to NM- The covers are more worn than the vinyl, my guess is it's due to how they were moved or stored.
There is no mold or water damage, just ring wear and some minor splits, some of the covers are in excellent shape.I mention the covers because sometimes this is an indication of how well the vinyl was taken care of.This is not the case here, all the records were very well taken care of.

I am rating the Cover VG+ while it is not a strong VG+ it still meets all the Goldmine standards for VG+. A previous owner appears to have glued one of the minor seam splits (well done- no Scotch tape!) I'll provide detail photos if wanted.
