Description

The Velvet Underground & Nico - Andy Warhol (Verve (stereo V6-5008), US 1967) Cover: VG++ to EX (banana sticker has stem and small piece missing, gatefold cover, original Verve sleeve) Record: VG++ to EX Here is a great copy of an all time classic lp. Stereo copy with blue Verve labels, thick gatefold cover with the "no torso" image on the back cover and, most importantly, most of the original Warhol banana sticker on the cover! The vinyl is in beautiful shape, very glossy with side b being a solid EX with on some light sleeve scuffing, side a being VG++ due to a light scratch that faintly clicks thru the first part of the song "Femme Fatale". The cover (besides mentioned issues with the banana sticker) is in amazing shape with with no spine or seam damage, just the slightest hint of ring wear on the back and some slight lifting/bubbling of the the front cover surface. Has the original Verve inner sleeve as well. One of the nicer copies of this rare item you will find! No reserve. Good luck!
