Description

The Velvet Underground - Velvet Underground - 3rd album on the UK MGM label - CS 8108 - flipback laminated sleeve with horizontal split photo on back - only available on this issue. All others are diagonal. The mix is also unique to the UK and Canada - mixed Val Valentin mix, with a completely different take of 'some kinda Love'

Mega rare to find in any condition.


The cover is very good condition.

Some handling wear and creasing on the sleeve. Laminate is still being and shiny. There is no writing and no tearing to the sleeve.


The record comes in what I believe is its original inner sleeve - a patents pending plain white paper sleeve.


The vinyl is in very good condition. It plays well without skips and repeats. It is generally mastered quietly and many of the tracks are quiet songs, so there is some surface noise and some light clicks in parts. This was my own copy for years until I recently upgraded and I never had a problem with the listening experience.

It's a solid Very good condition record and in parts better. A professional clean may improve the performance as there are no deep scratches on the record.


Labels are clean and free from tears and writing.
