This listing is for a rare, out-of-print, brand new vinyl record of the Van Halen self-titled debut album. This record was released by the legendary record label DCC Compact Classics (LPZ-2066) in 1998. This was a limited, numbered pressing. This one is a low numbered 0453. Many audiophiles believe this is the best sounding pressing of this classic album
This album is brand new, sealed. It has a beautiful appearance with the exception of one to two inch long tear on the spine. I have tried to show the issue in the last picture. The shrink wrap is intact with a breath hole on the front and back. The gold DCC hype sticker is present on the front of the shrink, and there is another sticker on the back of the shrink.
