  We are offering for sale an original Mono pressing of the VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO LP with almost all of the banana peel still intact. This was released in 1967 by Verve Records and is catalog # V-5008.

•  We are play grading the vinyl at a very nice VG+. There is a spindle drag scuff that covers the first side but this does not affect the play of the record.

•  Has the blue / silver T Verve labels, both in excellent shape with no tears or marks.

• •  The cover has no seam splits. There is one minor crease on the front. As you can see in the photos there is a decent amount of discoloration on both front and back.  The banana peel is almost completely intact, missing just the tip (no jokes, please :)  ). There are a few air bubble creases in the banana but nothing too major.

•  The back cover features the Eric Emerson "torso" which was removed or blacked out on later pressings.

•  The inside gatefold is in very good shape with just some minor discoloration.
