Description
This is a very rare, advance promo cassette of the historic album "We Are The World" by USA For Africa
It was issued by CBS Records in 1985 prior to the official album release and intended for promotional use only
The recording features a host of superstars from the world of 1980s music, including Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Lionel Richie and Prince, among others
This original promo cassette was recorded on TDK tape and includes the original CBS inlay card and cassette case
The tape itself is in excellent condition - I've tested it and it plays fine. The inlay is also in excellent, unmarked condition. The case shows a few signs of age wear, but remains intact
There'll be VERY few of these promo tapes in existence
