Jimi Hendrix, Band of Gipsies.
1970 UK Track Records stereo LP, 2406 002. Second UK issue, remarketed in the "Isle of Wight" gatefold sleeve after the withdrawal of the 1st UK issue "puppet sleeve" and featuring Copyright Control as publisher for tracks B1 and B4 on the label instead of Rondor Music.
Includes two laid in photos of Jimi performing, each measuring 10 x 8 inches. These are probably unpublished amateur photos and both are a little blurry. The photos have light creasing, a small closed tear and a small piece of corner loss. There is some splash staining to the photos, but only visible at certain angles.
Vinyl graded as G+ due to appearance. A number of scuffs and light scratches including some larger and more obviously visible marks. Play grades nearer VG however. Occasional low level background noise at quieter spots but no nasty surprises and generally still provides a very enjoyable listening experience.
Gatefold sleeve G. The main panels are mostly clean and tidy but some surface loss from removed sticker top right front. Overall wear, ringwear, and light creasing. The spine is heavily scuffed and there is whitening wear to the other edges. One inch seam split to bottom right rear corner and the beginnings of a split to same at top.
