 LIGHTNING - Same (P.I.P. 6807, USA 1970)

This heavy psych rock group was formed from Tom "Zip" Caplan after leaving the Minneapolis garage punk / heavy psych legends "The Litter". Musically an excellent heavy psych rock LP, also with some more melodic acoustic / electric tracks. Has also the dedikation on backcover, that says "Written In Tribute To Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Brian Jones" - a collector told me, that this dedikation indicates, that this is a really 1st pressing ( cannot confirm this, have no other information or read nothing about this info)

The cover is in very good plus (vg+) condition, showing some wear on and around corners, seams and spine.

The record is also in very good plus (vg+) condition, showing several paper scuffs, hairlines and tiny surface marks - here and there some soft surface cracklings in the background - but NOT in a loud or disturbing way
