THE GATEFOLD SLEEVE HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED-AND THERE IS NO 'CRACK' TO THE SPINE..THE PHOTO SHOWS HOW FAR THE SLEEVE OPENS- QUITE INCREDIBLE FOR A SLEEVE 41 YEARS OLD!!!

An outstanding 'time capsule' copy of this very collectable classic LP. THE SLEEVE AND VINYLS ARE  LIKE NEW. INNERS HAVE NO DAMAGE OR SCISSORING.

INCREDIBLE  CONDITION ARCHIVED FOR DECADES..POSSIBLY 2 OR 3 PLAYS ONLY?

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized 1st UK pressing, AND it is in superb condition, both vinyls are the luxurious heavyweight pressings & have been stored away for decades and we have never seen this Lp as good as this in 15 years!

Both vinyls have retained their amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP set of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are a couple of light whisp lines, a few tiny little hairlines on both vinyls and nothing else visible at all on this vinyl!  Quite astonishing- Clearly this LP set has been archived for many many years.

No real spindle skate around the centre holes, maybe one feint line, but its hard to detct anything here-  again suggests this LP set has maybe had a couple of very careful plays only, it shows no signs of any wear at all..

 Not much to add here, other than this 'archived' LP is simply stunning, and you will never see better..

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE SLEEVE     MINT-   unopened gatefold   INCREDIBLE.

Correct LAMINATED  Gatefold first issued earliest sleeve -uncredited by 'Gothic' -- this is straight out the box from 1973

 This is in simply incredible condition, you will not see better than this we feel! THE LAMINATION IS SIMPLY LIKE NEW! NO BUBBLING WEAR OR CREASING ANYWHERE.

The edges are all super clean with only some fine traces of rub, and the tips also have tiny rub only on the open edge, all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition- The finish is immaculate & remains in top condition.

No ringwear - and only some light ring press which has  a slight dull ring around the front and back faces as you would expect..this is actually 'cleanable' with some care using t-cut' or similar, but we like to offer the LPs exactly as we recieve them..but this sleeve really is a cracker!

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition with only some extrenmely light rub where the lamination stops short.

THE GATEFOLD...Wow!..this is why the grading has to be as high as it is..'slight easy to clean dulling aside'..As we inspected the sleeve we could tell at once, this sleeve has never been opened flat we feel- as there is no outside 'laminate crack line' down the spine centre (which is a tell tale sign of being opened occasionally) ..the photo shows how far it went before it started to 'crack'!, so we left it there!  the booklet remianing perfectly intact inside. we have never seen a sleeve like this before

The spine edge is totally unmarked and all legends are perfect-there are no spots or signs of any wear at all! AND NO LAMINATE CRACK...

This sleeve to put it simply is as good as you will ever see.

WE CLARIFY BY SAYING, THIS SLEEVE IS SIMPLY  AS GOOD AS YOU COULD FIND.

THE INNER SLEEVES  EX+  STRONG

Original TEXTURED PRINTED paper sleeves- NORMALLY impossible to find unscissored..!! BUT these are UNSCISSORED SLEEVES and remain in superb condition, only some very light rub on the edges.. amazing.
