UNKNOWN PSYCH PROG ACETATE - Zella late 1960s HEAR
Acetate LP Psych Prog masterpiece, unrel? late 60s UNKNOWN BAND - Acetate Album on Zella studio label late 1960s/early 70s
Amazing find & probably unreleased. Quality UK Psych Prog and featuring much experimental breaks & studio production, this is a gem! I've snipped together several pieces in the sample for you to hear.
Cut as a 'demonstration disc' in the late 60s on the Birmingham studio label 'ZELLA' and featuring 7 tracks, it is uncredited & came from a music manager i knew who worked for most of the majors until the mid-70s. He had no recollection of the group's name and the legend handwritten on the outer cardboard sleeve may be unrelated although i got them together direct from long time storage.
CONDITION - a superb VG++/EX-. A very clean, not often played disc with no major defects common to acetates. Visually it looks a gem for it's age. There is the odd pop here & there but nothing distracting at all, it plays through superbly....When bidding, please bear in mind that you are NEVER going to get a chance to bid on this again....INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR UK, please not i will be adding £6 to the final total,EUROPE/US/JAP - Insurancce already included in your postage quote. Packing will be tight, padded with stiffeners etc, virtually bombproof and then boxed for delivery.
