Description

A first pressing of U2's acclaimed debut album "Boy". Released by Island Records in 1980. Catalogue No. ILPS 9646.

Side A Matrix : IPLS-9646 A-2U (Stamped) JONZ (Etched) Side B Matrix : IPLS-9646 B-1U (Stamped) SOUND CLINIC (Etched)
CONDITION : Both sides of the vinyl are in mint condition & don't look as if they've been played much, if at all. The centre label on side one has a small nick around it's hole and a couple of superficial surface tears around it's outer ring. The label on side 2 is fine. The inner sleeve is in good overall condition but it has some minor crumpling & a small split in the middle of it's bottom edge. The outer sleeve is in good shape but  it also has a small split on the middle of it's bottom edge, light age-related discolouration and some blotches around it's edges. (the splits on the inner & outer sleeves are highlighted in the 8th & 9th photo provided). The spine is a bit bumpy but otherwise fine.
